AIS detachable .223 box magazines are designed to fit the A*B Arms MOD*X Modular Rifle System (All GENs). They are manufactured from high quality polymer and uses a tempered steel spring. We put our magazines through vigorous testing. We have used high quality strength polymer with a high glass content to ensure durability and strength. Although not unbreakable, we have driven over these magazines with cars and trucks which did not break them. The .223 magazine works flawlessly with .300 Blackout.

MDT magazines are priced similarly across the web.  The retailer I viewed before AB wanted $20.00 to ship one.  AB seems grounded in reality, and I went with them because the shipping was so reasonable.  They aren't out to gouge the customer.  I appreciate that and will order additional products from AB.
